What Is Our Return Policy?

- Return Or Refund Policy -

We believe in satisfying and delighting our customers. We are always looking forward to giving you the best of products at the best of prices and with the best of hopes that we continue our relations till time abides with your love for things indian! However, If due to some unforeseen situation, You require the return of the product, Then the following terms apply for a mutually consented return.

1.    If you want to return a product, You have to mail at our official mail Id (care.minneri@gmail.com) Or call our customer care number. +91 9624410698 within a 7 days. After 7 days customers are not eligible for any type of refund / return.

In case if you received a wrong or defective product from our side, than we can only refund you. (T&C Applied)

(To eligible for refund amount, customer must be have following proofs)

In case you have received a wrong, damaged or partial product, please ensure you have the following images as proof within 24 hours and have to send on our customer care whatsapp number +91 9624410698.

1. Unboxing video: A video of the entire unboxing process, showing the package as it's opened and revealing the product. This will serve as additional evidence of the product's condition upon arrival.

2. Inner contact (Received product image): Images of the product you received, highlighting any visible damage or issues. Please capture the product from multiple angles to provide a comprehensive view.

3. Post shipped image: A clear picture of the parcel in its current condition, showing any external damage or discrepancies.

4. Label image: A picture of the shipping label on the package, which should clearly display all relevant information such as tracking numbers and shipping details.

Please ensure that these images and video are clear and well-documented to help expedite the return process. Keeping this evidence concise and well-organized will help facilitate the return process efficiently.

1.    From the day you are receiving the package, We will validate your return/exchange request, Only after we authorized it.

2.    We do not offer any type of refund, We can only exchange the product and allow store credit of same amount to you.

3.    You have to agree to our return policy before you purchases any product from our store.

4.    Shipping and COD Charges are Non-refundable.

We have two methods of exchange / return.

2.    Exchange

Q. What Is Store credit?

Ans. We will give you a coupon code of same amount as your product on your registered mail Id. You can use it to purchase any product from our website when you want. Coupon code has no expiry time limit. You can use it whenever you want.

Q. What is Exchange?

Ans. We can exchange product with same amount or difference amount product (Difference amount will have to pay by customer, If customer choose less amount product, We will settle remaining amount from our side as well)

Note- We do not offer any type of reverse pickup service from our side, In both case you have to do self-courier parcel at our warehouse address.

* The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags    will not be accepted.

* Sarees with fall and edging would not be accepted for return or exchange.

* Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

* Products bought during sale are non-refundable.
* We will offer only 1 time replacement/Return.

* Order cancellation *
Cancellation of your order is only possible if the order is not dispatched from our warehouse. For cancellation of pre-paid order, we will deduct cancellation charge as per product amount.

Once we receive your product at our warehouse, your product will be sent for (QC) quality check. After verify your parcel from our side, We will process your request as well.

Disclaimer - Model images are only representative. Slight variation in colour, fabric & work is possible due to lightings & flash while photo shoot.

Note - Decoration material like purse, jewellery and any other accessory showing in the image are not included with the product, Always check description before purchase.

Note: Any dispute arises between the parties, only surat court have jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
